Tracking

All orders are sent tracked via a choice of Royal Mail or DHL Express in the UK, and DHL Express to all other countries. You will receive your tracking number via email as your package is being prepared and will be able to follow progress (including proof of delivery photos) by following the link in the email.

Import Taxes and Duties

We operate an EU Friendly shipping process, so UK customers and residents of counties within the European Union can be assured there will be no additional taxes or fees to pay on delivery and the parcel will just be delivered to your doorstep.

Customers outside of the UK or EU are responsible for any local taxes and duties that may be applied by border control authorities in your country. Our experience with customers in the USA is there are no Import Taxes applied when receiving goods from this store but regulations in other countries vary.

Note for EU Trade Accounts only: Shipping for trade accounts (retailers) within the EU operates differently from the direct sales method described above. There will be VAT to pay to receive goods, collected by DHL at your local rate on behalf of your local government. This is reclaimable against VAT collected on sales as usual when completing your VAT returns. There is no Duty applicable as our goods are manufactured entirely in the UK but there may be a small handling charge levied.

Dispatch Time

We aim to ship orders received on business days before noon (GMT) same day, and orders received after noon on the next business day. Please be aware that we're a small family run business and exceptional circumstances (sickness, stocking issues etc...) may mean dispatch time can be up to 3 working days.

Transit Time

UK - Royal Mail quote 48 Hours for delivery. We have found this to be accurate but it is not guaranteed. DHL Express Domestic usually delivers next working day after parcel collection if you are in a hurry.
Europe - DHL Express quote 3 working days for delivery to most locations in Europe. We have found this to be accurate for the vast majority of deliveries but it is not guaranteed and may occasionally be delayed by customs and border checks.
USA/Canada - DHL Express quote 3 working days for delivery to most locations in North America. We have found this to be accurate for the vast majority of deliveries but it is not guaranteed and may occasionally be delayed by customs and border checks.
Rest of the World - DHL Express aim for 3 working days for delivery to worldwide locations but for Australia, New Zealand and East Asia this can be up to 5 working days instead and may occasionally be further delayed by customs and border checks.
